Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, on behalf of The Westin Cincinnati, seeks a Sales Manager OEM to drive revenue by acquiring new accounts and managing leisure, corporate, and group segments. This on-site role collaborates with the Director of Sales to shine the property and maximize guest opportunities.

The position requires strong selling and relationship-building skills, with overtime eligibility and responsibilities across promotions, events, and team participation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel sales experience a plus.
• Strong communication and professional selling skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; well-organized and able to multitask

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting assigned sales and revenue goals and hitting solicitation targets.
• Proactively reach out with solicitation calls, lead tours, and host clients from Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments.
• Grow and nurture existing accounts across all segments with attentive service and engagement.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to evolving market trends to stay ahead of opportunities.
• Represent the hotel with professionalism in the local community and industry organizations.
• Develop deep knowledge of hotel operations and assist management as needed.
