Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of spa or hospitality management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, guest services, and luxury standards.
• Proficiency in computer systems, scheduling platforms, and business software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and evaluate staff while maintaining spa cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Ensure Forbes/4‑diamond standards are met by front staff.
• Manage marketing, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, scheduling, and inventory.
• Set retail sales goals and track progress toward revenue targets.
• Maintain stock rooms, retail displays, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coach staff and manage performance expectations.
• Maintain spa ambience and dress code; ensure regular attendance.
