Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Boston seeks a Revenue Analyst to support yield management for Studio Allston. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and analyze market data to identify opportunities for optimization.

The role requires 1+ year in hospitality, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel; familiarity with STR, Demand 360 and OTA Insights is a plus. You will participate in weekly revenue management meetings and may cover for the Director of Revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Hospitality, preferably Hotel Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• Knowledge of industry reports such as STR, Demand 360, OTA Insights.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare revenue reports to support yield strategies.
• Review and analyze reports like Demand 360 and STR for opportunities.
• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly revenue reports.
• Present revenue opportunities in revenue management meetings.
• Act as Director of Revenue in their absence.
