Job summary

Highgate Hotels L.P. is seeking a Revenue Manager to support multiple Caribbean and Latin America market hotels remotely. You will prepare revenue reports, analyze market data, and present opportunities to optimize yield.

Strong Excel skills and proficiency with hotel systems are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish communication. The role requires hotel revenue management experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while coordinating with various departments

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in Hospitality (CALA Region).
Knowledge of industry reports such as STR, Demand 360, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure & high stress environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports with market segmentation analyses.
Ensure rates are loaded correctly and inventory is maintained.
Audit PMS, CRS, RMS, and S&C systems for data accuracy.
Communicate strategies to other departments as required.
Maintain group pick-up reports and coordinate with Sales on upcoming groups cut-offs.
Act as Director of Revenue in their absence and assist in forecasting.
