Job summary

Choice Hotels International is seeking a Commercial Activation & Performance Manager to identify revenue opportunities, drive activation strategies, and support hotels in improving market share, demand generation, and overall revenue performance.

You will partner with SRDs, Area Directors, hotel teams, and Centers of Excellence to translate insights into actionable plans and coordinate cross-functional resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Revenue Management, or related field.
• ~5+ years in hotel revenue management, commercial strategy, sales, marketing, operations, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Working knowledge of hotel revenue management principles, distribution channels, demand generation strategies, and commercial performance drivers.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Identify hotels with opportunities to improve revenue performance, market share, and demand generation.
• Analyze hotel-level performance trends, risks, and gaps to uncover opportunities.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations for SRDs to support portfolio prioritization and resource deployment.
• Communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to Segment Commercial Leadership.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness.
• Synthesize performance data into opportunity assessments and business cases for field leaders.
