Job summary
Choice Hotels International is seeking a Commercial Activation & Performance Manager to identify revenue opportunities, drive activation strategies, and support hotels in improving market share and demand generation. You will partner with SRDs, Area Directors, and hotel teams to translate insights into actionable plans and coordinate cross-functional efforts for sustainable growth.
The role requires strong analytical abilities, strategic planning, and collaboration across Revenue Management,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Revenue Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- ~5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, commercial strategy, sales, marketing, operations, franchise support, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Working knowledge of hotel revenue management principles, distribution channels, and demand generation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify hotels with the greatest opportunities to improve revenue performance, market share, and demand generation.
- Analyze performance trends, risks, and gaps to uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations for senior leaders.
- Collaborate with SRDs, Area Directors, and hotel teams to implement growth strategies.
- Monitor portfolio performance and measure impact of initiatives.
- Develop and manage commercial activation plans and milestones.
