Job summary

Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel is seeking a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to oversee service in Food and Beverage outlets and assist the manager with staff training, motivation and coaching. The role requires at least one year of progressive hotel/restaurant experience, with supervisory experience preferred, and a focus on delivering high-quality guest service.

The Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel is looking for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor who would report to the Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the service in the Food and Beverage Outlets. He/she is also responsible for assisting the manager with training, motivating, and coaching the staff, and monitoring expenses and controlling labor costs. The successful candidate will possess at least one year of progressive experience in a hotel, restaurant or a related field required. Previous supervisory responsibility is preferred.
