Job summary

White Lodging is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at one of our premium hotel restaurants. This full-time role requires someone who builds strong teams, drives guest satisfaction, and delivers operational excellence on every shift.

You will manage from front, aligning with kitchen and service teams to create memorable dining experiences, while overseeing P&L and labor costs in a high-volume upscale environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant P&L and drive profitability.
• Strong communication and guest-relations focus.
• Commitment to developing future restaurant leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality.
• Maintain compliance with processes to support a high-performing dining environment.
• Lead daily management tasks including P&L oversight, payroll, and scheduling.
• Mentor and coach team to deliver upscale service and guest experiences.
• Identify and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams for seamless dining experiences.
