Job summary

Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the Food & Beverage team across a multi-outlet operation. You will coach staff, ensure top guest service, uphold quality, and drive profitability in a dynamic hotel dining environment.

The role requires a minimum of one year in F&B leadership and at least two years in management within F&B, with flexible availability and strong leadership skills. Union experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations: manage outlet operations, guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, budgeting, and policies.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences: monitor service and product quality, address issues, and continuously improve the dining experience.
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise, coach, evaluate performance, and provide development opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth: implement marketing, up-selling, and promotional initiatives to maximize F&B sales.
• Recruit and onboard talent: lead hiring, conduct interviews, and train new team members to maintain high standards.
• Uphold regulatory standards: ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
