Job summary

Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking an Executive Steward to lead stewarding operations and ensure all outlets have the necessary supplies and equipment. You will oversee a diverse team of 45+ and drive sanitation, inventory, and cost-control initiatives to uphold outstanding guest service and profitability.

The role requires stewarding and kitchen experience, plus a track record of leadership in a union hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a managerial role in Front of House or Back of House F&B operations.
• Stewarding and/or Kitchen experience required.
• Union hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a tenured team.
• Open availability to work varying days and hours as business requires.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewarding operations including inventory, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Lead daily staff coordination for china, glassware, linen and silver.
• Manage equipment storage and distribution per standards.
• Monitor performance, provide supervision and development, and conduct evaluations.
• Recruit, interview and train team members; ensure health and safety standards.
