Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume hotel dining operation, including outlets, retail market, and in-room dining. You will manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and quality standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead a unionized team, drive revenue growth through smart marketing and up-selling, and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and service policies. Hilton emphasizes leadership, integrity, teamwork, and a culture of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Food and Beverage leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with high-volume operations is required.
• Experience in a unionized hotel environment is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, budgeting, and policies.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction; address issues and drive dining improvements.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members; conduct evaluations and training.
• Drive revenue with innovative marketing, up-selling, and promotional initiatives.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and staff development to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
