This senior leadership role requires building exceptional teams, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and owning the full financial performance of the restaurant. You will recruit and develop managers, drive profitability, and partner with the Executive Chef to maintain a top-tier wine and beverage program while upholding service standards across

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or senior restaurant leader in a high-volume hotel/restaurant setting.
• Demonstrated ability to own restaurant P&L, manage labor and food costs, and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of hotel restaurant operations and deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Recruit, direct, and develop a team of restaurant managers and front-of-house staff.
• Drive operational performance through systems, processes, and service standards.
• Own the restaurant's financial performance including budgets, forecasting, and revenue initiatives.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and beverage team to ensure menu quality and beverage program.
• Enhance guest satisfaction and protect the hotel restaurant brand reputation.
