Job summary

Thind Management in Spring, TX is seeking a General Manager for our full-service hotel and restaurant to lead daily operations, optimize guest experiences, and achieve financial goals.

You will direct front desk, housekeeping, F&B, sales and maintenance, mentor a diverse team, implement policies, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, while driving revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management or MBA is preferred.
• At least 5-years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 3-years of experience in hotel & restaurant management with a proven track of success and knowledge of hotel & restaurant operations & sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage hotel & restaurant operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and F&B (restaurant & banquets).
• Develop and maintain a positive guest experience procedure and ensure staff provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor financial performance and adjust to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members with necessary skills and tools.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and engagement.
