Job summary

Hollander Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Expeditor for Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett in Everett, WA. You will act as the crucial link between kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring dishes leave the kitchen accurately, on time, and to standard.

The role includes supporting plating, room service, and overall dining operations while representing the hotel with professionalism. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant or food service experience.
• Experience as expeditor, server, line cook, or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems preferred.
• Valid Food Worker Card.
• Strong verbal communication between kitchen and front-of-house.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm, organized and professional during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of orders between kitchen and servers for timely, accurate delivery.
• Inspect dishes before leaving the kitchen for presentation and accuracy.
• Communicate orders, priorities, and modifications to the kitchen clearly.
• Assist with plating and garnishing as directed by the chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station.
• Deliver food to tables and assist servers during high-volume periods.
• Deliver room service orders accurately and promptly.
• Clear, bus, and reset tables to maintain dining room flow.
• Assist with refilling water and serving beverages as needed.
• Greet and respond to guest inquiries courteously during service.
