Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett, operated by Hollander Hospitality, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet operations in Everett, WA. You will drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance across all F&B departments, reporting to the General Manager.

The role requires 2+ years of F&B management, a hospitality-focused degree, and proficiency with Marriott Opera PMS and Micros/Simphony.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years progressive F&B management experience in hospitality
• High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality preferred
• Proficient with POS and Windows; Marriott systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet operations to meet/exceed standards
• Manage banquet event execution from setup to breakdown with Sales/Catering
• Lead FOH team; recruit, train, and schedule staff; conduct performance reviews
