Qualifications

• Proficient with standard computer applications.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Open schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Tentative schedule 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday-Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Support Purchasing Director with sourcing and procurement of goods and services for the hotel.
• Build relationships with suppliers and monitor performance.
• Implement inventory management and conduct regular audits.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery of items.
• Oversee store room operations and receiving of goods.
• Process invoices and operate the hotel’s procurement system.
