RAM Hotels in Alabama is seeking a friendly Houseman to support guest experiences by maintaining clean, welcoming common areas and assisting guests promptly. You will work as part of a fast-paced team, ensuring safety standards, proper grooming, and professional service across lobby, restrooms, breakfast area, and meeting spaces.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior hospitality or janitorial experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• High-school graduate or equivalent; six months hospitality or janitorial experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Offer professional, friendly, and attentive service; anticipate guests' needs and answer questions.
• Respond promptly and be familiar with property location, amenities, and local attractions.
• Resolve guests' complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete brand-specific training and health/safety training.
• Adhere to property brand standards; know fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
• Clean common areas per hotel standards; maintain glass doors, floors, tables, etc.
• Submit lost or found items promptly to management.
• Perform other tasks as necessary to exceed guest expectations.
