Job summary

RAM Hotels in Alabama is seeking a friendly Laundry Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will wash, dry, and fold linen, identify stains, and keep a clean, organized laundry workspace to support guest rooms and public areas.

The role requires a high-school graduate, reliable teamwork, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. On-site, full-time hours with training provided and opportunities for growth within the hotel family.

Qualifications

• High-school graduate or equivalent and a minimum of six months work-related hospitality or janitorial experience (strongly preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests and staff; provide linens to housekeeping; inspect for stains; launder and fold per hotel standard; stock and maintain cleanliness in the laundry room.
• Complete required brand-specific training and health & safety training; follow property brand standards; knowledge of fire alarm and evacuation procedures
• Familiar with the lost and found policy; report items to Executive Housekeeper immediately
• Perform other tasks as necessary to meet or exceed guest satisfaction
