Job summary

RAM Hotels in Alabama/Georgia region is seeking a friendly Housekeeper/Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms beyond expectations, following the Executive Housekeeper's directives and promoting a positive image to guests.

In a fast-paced environment you will respond to guest needs, complete brand training, adhere to safety standards, and ensure rooms are clean, beds made, bathrooms spotless, and ready for the next guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or janitorial work preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be physically able to walk, bend, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to standard; make beds, clean bathrooms, replace amenities.
• Restock supplies and maintain housekeeping carts.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly.
• Follow health and safety training and brand standards.
• Assist with lost and found items as needed.
