Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality in East Columbus, OH seeks a Hotel House Person to keep public areas clean, welcoming, and safe. You will maintain lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and meeting spaces, support the housekeeping team, and help ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, ability to lift and move supplies, and a willingness to follow health and safety guidelines. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus but not required; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel according to standards.
• Assist housekeeping staff by delivering and retrieving linens, supplies, and equipment.
• Respond to guest requests for supplies or amenities promptly and courteously.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Restock supplies in public areas as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations including PPE.
