Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality seeks a Hotel House Person to maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. You will support housekeeping and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include delivering items, restocking supplies, responding to guest requests, and assisting with deep cleaning and event support. Ability to work independently with attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel per standards.
• Assist housekeeping staff by delivering and retrieving items.
• Respond to guest requests for supplies or amenities promptly.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Follow health and safety regulations including PPE use.
• Assist with special cleaning tasks or events as needed.
