Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality seeks a meticulous Hotel Housekeeper (Room Attendant) to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming, comfortable stay in Columbus, OH.

You will clean rooms and bathrooms, restock supplies, report maintenance issues, and uphold hotel security and cleanliness standards. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms including beds, dusting, vacuuming and replenishing linens and toiletries.
• Clean bathrooms including toilets, showers, mirrors and floors.
• Restock towels, soaps and tissues in guest rooms and public restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Follow hotel security protocols and ensure guest safety and privacy.
• Perform general cleaning in public areas such as lobbies, corridors and stairwells.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Adhere to hotel cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.
