Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Hotel House Person to maintain cleanliness of public hotel areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. You will support the housekeeping team and respond to guest requests with courtesy and efficiency.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable performance, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. PPE usage and safety procedures are essential. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and meeting spaces, per standards.
• Assist housekeeping staff by delivering and retrieving linens, supplies and equipment.
• Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or amenities promptly and courteously.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Restock supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department.
• Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Provide support during hotel events by ensuring areas are clean and presentable.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
