Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus.
• 2+ years housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team-lead role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with housekeeping management systems or mobile apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of room attendants, housepersons, and laundry staff.
• Assign daily room and cleaning schedules according to occupancy and staffing levels.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and setup.
• Assist in training new housekeeping staff on procedures and safety.
• Monitor inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance to fulfill guest requests.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards and report issues promptly.
