InTown Suites is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for Clarksville, TN, to manage daily upkeep of the property and perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and guest rooms. You must live on property during employment and be on call for emergencies.

Occasional Property Attendant duties apply as scheduled by management. You will maintain grounds, repair and upkeep of rooms, and ensure safety and upkeep across the property, reporting to the General Manager/Regional Operations

Formación

• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple activities often in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment, including installation, maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of general safety procedures such as wire and fuse sizing.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools (drills, volt-Ohm meter, amprobe, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain grounds by cleaning debris and ensuring cleanliness of walkways.
• Keep buildings well maintained, including walls, appliances, furniture, carpet, and cabinets.
• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms on a scheduled basis.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly and coordinate with supervisors.
• Complete daily paperwork and coordinate with the supervisor before end of shift.
• Perform duties as outlined in related job descriptions and any assigned tasks.
