Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to oversee the daily upkeep of the property, monitor and repair hotel facilities, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Live on site during employment and be on call for emergencies.

The role also involves serving as the Property Attendant one or two days weekly as directed, with teamwork and safety as core requirements.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, write and understand English proficiently.
• Follow instructions efficiently.
• Able to express thoughts clearly to ensure effective communication.
• Able to manage multiple activities often in stressful situations.
• Possess working knowledge of electrical systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and buildings, repair and service equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and facilities.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies promptly.
• Operate tools and perform general maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Maintain safety and report violations to supervisor.
