Job summary

InTown Suites in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician responsible for daily upkeep of the hotel property and equipment. You will monitor, repair and perform preventative maintenance, and you must live on property during employment and be on call for emergencies.

The role also serves as Property Attendant one or two days weekly as determined by management. Qualifications include reading, speaking, and writing English, strong communication, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical basics, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and building cleanliness.
• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and equipment.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies promptly.
• Operate and use hand and power tools safely.
• Repair walls, appliances, furniture, carpets, cabinets as needed.
• Coordinate with Supervisor and complete daily paperwork.
