Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak clearly.
• Ability to operate machines and equipment used, including POS systems, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of team members, and handle difficult situations professionally.
• Must be able to assist bartender but does not make or pour alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to clean and maintain areas for which responsible.
• Ability to move around bar and kitchen area efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food products according to recipe cards and hotel policy.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized prep area while delivering food and assisting guests.
• Provide high level of hospitality and service to guests and co-workers.
• Have general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events to answer questions.
