Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC is hiring for a line cook/kitchen associate at our Greenville, SC location. Under supervision, you will prepare a variety of food items, maintain a clean prep area, and support guest service with a hospitable attitude.

You will also assist with bar and kitchen tasks as needed while upholding Drury's standards of integrity and hospitality. Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, capable of operating POS software and kitchen equipment, and able to communicate

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Requires ability to take written and verbal directions in English and communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and POS software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members while maintaining professionalism.
• Support bartender duties as needed and assist with bar/kitchen tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Move around bar and kitchen area efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders.
• Keep the prep area clean and organized while delivering food and assisting guests.
• Provide a high level of hospitality and service to guests and co-workers.
• Have general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events to answer questions.
