Job summary

The Spokane Club Inc. is seeking an overnight Front Desk Associate in Spokane, WA. This part-time role covers 10:00pm to 6:00am, with 3 nights per week and potential extra shifts. You will greet members, handle check-ins/outs, and maintain lobby security while delivering exceptional service.

You will use club software to manage reservations, coordinate with housekeeping, and assist with mail, packages, and bell/concierge duties, all while upholding professional appearance and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel front desk is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work overnight.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient with multiple club software programs and basic typing.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally and courteously.
• Answer calls with proper etiquette and direction.
• Create and manage hotel reservations using club software.
• Process member/guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room status and maintenance.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, and coat check areas.
• Manage room keys and security procedures.
• Report unusual occurrences to the Hotel Operations Manager.
• Provide bell/concierge services as needed.
• Handle mail, packages, and messages.
