Extended Stay America is seeking a Team Lead in Massachusetts (West Village area) to assist the General Manager with daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial performance. The role involves supervising 8–15 hourly associates, upholding brand standards, and assisting with training, budgeting, and vendor management.

The Team Lead will resolve guest issues, promote safety, and act as GM in their absence while maintaining a high standard of professional conduct and guest care.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with brand standards and safety procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in managing hotel operations and drive profitability.
• Lead guest service initiatives and resolve guest issues.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Monitor safety, security, and compliance across the property.
• Assist in budgeting, inventory, and vendor management.
• Provide front-line coverage and back-up duties as needed.
