Job summary

Extended Stay America in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards. The role resolves guest and associate issues and supports profitability through efficient service delivery.

The Team Lead will supervise 8 to 15 hourly associates, manage priorities, train staff on policies, and promote safety, compliance, and a culture of excellent guest experiences across the property.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to providing the best possible guest experience.
• Assists GM in driving revenue, reducing costs and boosting guest satisfaction.
• Assists GM in training associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Upholds company standards and enforces policy compliance at the hotel level.
• Monitors guest balances and processes refunds.
• Assists with inventory control and budget adherence to meet EBITDA targets.
