Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is hiring an Operations Supervisor for Courtyard by Marriott Settlers Ridge in Pittsburgh, PA. You will lead a team across Front Desk, Housekeeping, and The Bistro while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards.

You will train across departments, supervise shifts, and contribute to smooth check-ins, reservations, and yield management. This role offers growth toward future AGM opportunities in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.

Responsabilités

• Inspect rooms to ensure high quality and standards.
• Cover shifts in The Bistro, Front desk, and housekeeping.
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Handle guest mail and messages with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
• Take reservations and manage room blocks and special requests.
• Monitor room availability and assist AGM/GM with yield management and restrictions.
• Keep the lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency and security procedures.
