DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - North Shore Conference Center seeks a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations, drive standards, and develop a strong TEAM delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll oversee housekeeping, laundry, and public areas, schedule staff, control inventory, and partner with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure smooth property operations while maintaining safety and brand standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in a branded or luxury hotel environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, train, coach, and motivate the Housekeeping TEAM.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet standards.
• Develop daily schedules and manage staffing based on occupancy and needs.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and feedback to TEAM members and address performance concerns.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and disposal of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Partner with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to support daily operations.
• Respond to and resolve housekeeping-related guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor labor and departmental expenses while maintaining standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel, brand, safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards.
• Promote a positive, TEAM-oriented work environment.
• Lead by example and drive a culture of cleanliness and continuous improvement.
