Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton in Dothan, AL seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations and guest satisfaction. You will lead daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure profitability while maintaining brand standards.

You will drive occupancy and revenue, develop budgets, supervise front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance, and cultivate a service-focused culture across all departments. Strong leadership and PMS expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5+ years of hotel management experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience with hotel management software and PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department managers and staff; manage staffing and labor costs.
• Address guest concerns and ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments.
• Develop and manage hotel budgets; monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, and profitability.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue; build relationships with clients.
