Job summary

Responsibilities

• Tour operating departments daily and adjust plans with department heads.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and manager trainings per Highgate standards.
• Meet financial review dates and corporate programs on schedule.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews with department managers and supervisors.
• Maintain budgeted productivity and standard financial procedures.
• Develop managers through training programs and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales on daily HHBR meetings and outcomes.
• Drive hotel sales: call top accounts, meet clients, host events.
• Support MOD coverage and hotel operations as needed.
• Oversee training in service standards across departments.
• Foster a positive, guest-focused team environment.
• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping inspections and safety checks.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and monthly corporate reports.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and adherence to Highgate Garden Standards.
• Forecast monthly financial position with detailed analysis.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring procedures for management staff.
