Qualifications

• At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Effective verbal and written communication with all levels of employees and guests.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Maintain high personal appearance and grooming standards.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
• Participate in MOD coverage as required.
• Maintain regular attendance per hotel standards.
• Comply with hotel standards and regulations to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Identify and solve problems; anticipate and address issues.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hotel sales efforts, including calls on top accounts and client meetings.
• Tour operating departments daily and adjust staffing as needed.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions.
• Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with department heads to review training and financials.
• Attend weekly operational line-ups and monthly financial reviews.
• Oversee budget process and monthly forecast, ensuring productivity and standards.
• Develop managers through competency training and corporate-sponsored programs.
• Ensure training on service standards is conducted across departments.
• Lead H.O.D. coverage and ensure PCI compliance procedures.
