Qualifications

• High volume luau experience preferred.
• 6+ years progressive hotel management experience or 4-year degree with 4–5 years related experience; or 2-year degree with 5–6 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Tour the operating departments daily, making adjustments as needed via department heads.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions per Highgate standards and review past and future sales/ops efforts.
• Forecast monthly financial position and ensure adherence to budgetary targets; assist in budget process and financial reviews.
