Qualifications

• At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hotel sales efforts, including calling on top ten accounts, meeting clients, hosting luncheons and receptions, and meeting with on-site contacts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Tour the operating departments daily to ensure smooth operation and staffing in all areas.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions; review past and future sales and operations.
• Lead weekly one-on-one meetings with department heads to review training, financials and performance.
• Attend weekly operational line ups and participate in monthly financial reviews with department managers.
• Oversee budget processes, monthly forecasts and payroll procedures in alignment with SOPs.
• Develop managers through competency training and corporate sponsored programs.
• Ensure PCI compliance and maintain high standards of guest service and safety.
