McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a proactive Hotel Operations Coordinator for our Clearwater properties, the Winter Beach Club Resort and Hampton Inn Clearwater. You will support operations, marketing, sales, communications, and ecommerce, ensuring guest requests are fulfilled and content across OTA sites remains accurate.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and solid MS Office proficiency.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of previous administrative experience.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Review postings, coordinate with property teams, and ensure task prioritization.
• Respond to guest messages and manage online reputation across OTA platforms.
• Assist housekeeping/front desk during peak times and support signage and collateral.
• Coordinate with marketing for content uploads and update digital signage.
• Assist sales with prospecting and with groups/meetings as needed.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and general admin duties.
