Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key, Florida. The role supports our Sales Team by handling calls, qualifying inquiries, and preparing materials to help secure bookings.

You will also assist with contracts, site tours, and guest interactions to ensure an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, hotel or resort experience preferred, and strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, qualify inquiries, set up calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager.
• Send packages and answer general questions.
• Create monthly recap of leads and updates.
• Assist in creating Contracts, Estimates, and Site Tours.
• Create Sales & Catering kits and restocking supply area as appropriate.
• Control the office supplies and ordering supplies when necessary.
• Update Sales System with actuals after completion of events.
• Send out Thank You Cards/Emails.
