McKibbon Hospitality seeks a Hotel Operations Coordinator for its properties in Clearwater, FL. The role supports operations, marketing, sales, communications, and ecommerce across Winter the Beach Club Resort and Hampton Inn Clearwater.

Expect varied duties from guest communications to back‑office tasks and collaboration with the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and Proficiency with MS Office.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of administrative experience.
• Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; analytical skills preferred.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Review postings in the property system (Quore) to prioritize tasks.
• Respond to guest reviews and update platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, Expedia, Booking.com.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable and support housekeeping and front desk during peak times.
• Cover shifts at Front desk, Parking, and room inspections.
• Coordinate signage and collateral and update digital signage.
• Support marketing/content uploads and assist with staff events and meetings.
