Job summary

Arbor Lodging is seeking an Operations Manager to partner with the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations. You will manage Rooms and F&B, support department heads, and ensure SOPs, guest satisfaction, and profitability targets are met.

The role requires 3–4 years of hotel experience, with Rooms and F&B experience mandatory; P&L/forecasting experience is a plus. You will lead a guest-focused team in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years hotel experience required.
• Rooms and Food & Beverage experience required.
• Profit and loss forecasting experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Rooms and F&B operations and supervise multiple departments.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure SOPs and routine operational checks are followed.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, expenses, and revenue to maximize profit.
• Identify staff development needs and support training.
