You will collaborate with the General Manager to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel profitability while upholding Arbor’s service standards.

• Must be a leader and role model to all associates.
• Minimum 2-year degree required.
• Experience in a similar leadership role required.
• Strong knowledge of hotel disciplines and guest service metrics.
