Job summary

ESA Management, LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and a positive work environment. The AGM supervises 8–15 hourly staff, oversees onboarding, training, scheduling and safety compliance, and steps in as manager on duty when needed.

You will help maximize revenue, monitor labor costs, and assist with budgeting while maintaining high service standards and a culture of teamwork and accountability across the property in

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience in hospitality or retail is required.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote exceptional guest experience and satisfaction.
• Become trained in all managerial functions at the hotel level.
• Supervise 8–15 hourly staff and oversee daily activities.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and ESU compliance training is completed.
• Enforce safety and security policies; report issues promptly.
• Drive revenue growth, control costs, and support GOP targets.
• Act as manager on duty in GM/MUGM's absence.
