Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality LLC is seeking an Operations Manager OEM to supervise back-of-house departments and support hotel profitability in El Segundo, CA. You will oversee guest services in GM absence, participate in financial reporting, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

Evening and weekend coverage may be required. The role requires supervisory experience, strong Windows OS skills, and the ability to manage under pressure while maintaining guest satisfaction and efficiency across multiple hotel

Qualifications

• 3 years progressive experience in a Rooms or F&B department at a hotel or a 4-year college degree with 1–2 years in a Rooms or F&B department
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Proficient in Windows Operating Systems
• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and maintain composure under pressure
• Able to understand financial information and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Supervise back-of-house operating departments in the absence of the General Manager
• Support hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control
• Meet corporate deadlines and assist with financial reporting
• Participate in required M.O.D. coverage
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training for Guest Services as occupancy requires
• Ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operation of the hotel
