Opal Hotels Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the property’s day-to-day operations in partnership with the General Manager. You will supervise multiple departments, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure brand quality across all services.

Responsibilities include budgeting, labor planning, staff development, and ensuring adherence to SOPs. This role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a willingness to work 50+ hours weekly at the Ashland property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required.
• Minimum two years in a hotel supervisor/manager role.
• Willing to work 50+ hours per week.
• Fluent English required.
• Proficiency with PMS, accounting, and facilities software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total property operations in alignment with General Manager objectives.
• Drive guest satisfaction and brand standards across departments.
• Assist with budget, labor, and personnel management to meet financial targets.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Breakfast, Engineering, and other teams.
• Support HR actions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
