Job summary

Tru-By-Hilton-Ashland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the property's total operations alongside the General Manager. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure brand quality, manage budget and labor, and supervise departments from Front Office to Maintenance.

You will mentor and train team members, promote a positive work culture, and uphold Opal/brand standards while supporting HR activities and recruitment as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in a hotel supervisor/managerial position.
• Strong leadership, self-motivation, and team-building ability.
• Willing to work 50+ hours per week with flexibility.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operations of the property including guest satisfaction, brand standards, budget, labor, and HR actions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Breakfast and Engineering to ensure smooth operations.
• Train associates on brand standards and provide performance feedback and recognition.
• Control operating expenses and procurement guidelines to meet budget.
• Staffing per occupancy and conduct regular performance reviews.
