Job summary

The AGM will supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, manage cash handling, and coordinate with departments to ensure rooms are ready.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel operations, hospitality, or customer service.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Employment is subject to E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision to front desk, housekeeping, custodial, and maintenance staff.
• Support check-ins, guest inquiries, and front desk operations.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for quality and readiness.
• Monitor cash handling and ensure shift end procedures.
• Enforce safety policies to protect guests and staff.
• Lead guest incident responses and coordinate with security or emergency services.
