Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hayward, operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, seeks an Operations Manager OEM to oversee daily hotel operations and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Qualifications

• 3 years progressive experience in Rooms or F&B, or a 4-year degree with 1–2 years in Rooms or F&B.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems.
• Ability to evaluate alternative actions quickly and accurately.
• Effective in high-pressure situations with composure and objectivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and supervise front- and back-of-house staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operation across departments.
• Assist General Manager with financial reporting and budgeting tasks.
• Lead training and development for hotel associates.
• Support department heads to understand impacts of each role on operations.
• Participate in required MOD coverage and maintain brand standards.
